Payment, Donation, Refund Policy

$35 per person,

$25 for ACA members, and

$30 for Poudre Paddlers members

to share in the expenses.

ACA & Poudre Paddlers membership is encouraged. If you are a member, please include your ID numbers in the Registration Form.

There is no obligation to pay to participate in the event—-we’re simply happy to have you join in. If you’re able, we encourage you to consider contributing---your support helps us break even to continue bringing events like this to you and the community.

Space is limited, so pre-registration is encouraged.

Walk-ins will be subject to availability.

Due to the possible lack of internet service in the canyon, manual registration and cash or check might be required.

Distribution of Receipts

All monies received will be distributed per the following schedule: Cover immediate and outstanding expenses; then, remaining monies to be evenly deposited into the Future Events Account and the Hardship Fund. The latter is an interest bearing account. 

We have a limited refund policy since events are supported via your expense-sharing contribution and donations. If you are a no-show, your contribution is subject to the Distribution of Receipts schedule. If you miss any part of the safety meeting, you will be eliminated from racing and your contribution is subject to the Distribution Receipts schedule. If you wish to cancel, please inform us before the meet-up time whether you want the refund or made subject to the Distribution of Receipts schedule. Full refund available if event is cancelled.
